- 6 Cups rolled oats thick-cut are great, too!
- 3 Cups raw, unsalted nuts/large seeds of your choice, coarsely chopped try hazelnuts, pecans, cashews, walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, peanuts
- 1 Cup Grade B maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon ground spice(s) of your choice mix and match cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, nutmeg, clove, five spice powder, coriander, fennel, star anise
- 1/4 Cup add-ins of your choice my favorites are a combination of chia, flax, and sesame seeds, but try hemp and sunflower seeds as well
- 1 Cup unsweetened dried fruit of your choice try chopped apricots, cranberries, cherries, blueberries, raisins, figs, dates, strawberries
