  1. Add turmeric root and 1 Cup coconut water to a blender jar. Blend on high speed for 1 minute. Strain mixture through a sieve and add the turmeric juice back to the blender. Discard the pulp or reserve for another use.
  2. Place pineapple and dates, if using, in the blender jar and add enough coconut water to blend to a slushy consistency.
  3. Makes approximately three 8 ounce servings. Store unused Sunshine Blast covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days for maximum antioxidant retention.
