Waking up is a little less painful when you have a good breakfast to look forward to. Overnight Oats can be prepared in advance for the entire week and are totally customizable. All you need to start is one part rolled oats to two parts liquid. Forget hunger pangs before lunchtime, this breakfast will keep you going strong. Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened nondairy milk or water
- 1.5 tablespoons natural peanut butter crunchy or smooth
- 1/2 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed ground
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a 16 ounce mason jar or container with a tight fitting lid. Let stand overnight. In the morning, stir and eat cold or heat in the microwave for 2.5 minutes.
